Board of directors approve 2007 results
Cagliari, 19th March 2008 -Tiscali’s Board of Directors has approved the 2007 draft financial statements. The results confirm the objectives of the Strategic Plan
Furthermore, as the first step in the process of evaluation of options of generating value for shareholders in light of the ongoing consolidation process in the telecommunications sector in Europe, the Board of Directors has decided to appoint a financial advisor. It has therefore mandated the CEO, Mario Rosso, to choose such advisor within qualified financial institutions with whom preliminary contacts have been already initiated.
The Board of Directors has also confirmed the targets of the Strategic Plan as presented to the market last November.

Also following the successful completion of the capital increase transaction, the Board has then determined that the phase of strategic repositioning and financial strengthening of the last two years is completed.
Tommaso Pompei, in agreement with the Company, has therefore renounced his powers, intending to remain as Director until the ordinary expiration of the term of the entire Board, and as such, until the approval of the 2007 financial statements. The Directors Gabriele Racugno and Rocco Sabelli have resigned with immediate effect.

Sonus Networks leads 2007 IP VOICE market
WESTFORD, Mass., March 04, 2008 – Sonus Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: SONS), a leading supplier of service provider IP-voice infrastructure solutions, announced today that Synergy Research Group, a leading independent industry research firm, reported that Sonus grew more than twice as fast as the industry average in key segments of the next generation voice solutions industry during Q4 2007 versus Q3, and increased its market share leadership position for 2007 as a whole.
In Q4 2007, Sonus ranked #1 in the global high density gateway market segment with 34.3% and 20.1% for the total global VoIP gateway segment. For the full year 2007, Sonus outpaced the market securing #1 market share in the global high density gateway segment with 32%. In the total global VoIP gateway market, Sonus' annual performance of 19% moved the company from #3 in 2006, to #1 in 2007.

Cuatrecasas, best European Law Firm of the year
Cuatrecasas was presented in London with the “European Law Firm of the Year" prize awarded by Legal Business, one of the major legal accolades that has almost always gone to British firms.
With growth of 18.6% in 2007, the firm’s earnings amounted to €224.76 million in a period characterized by its leadership in M&A operations.
Cuatrecasas has just received the European Law Firm of the Year 2008 prize from Legal Business, the specialist journal published in Great Britain. It was the only continental firm to receive an award from Legal Business, which took into account its “increased market share, a stellar financial performance, a successful recruitment strategy and client development program across the European markets in which the firm operates.”

WESTFORD, Mass., February 28, 2008 - Sonus Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: SONS), a leading supplier of service provider IP-voice infrastructure solutions, today reported preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2007.
Revenues for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007 are expected to be $97.1 million, compared with $76.6 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2007 and $79.0 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2006. Revenues for the year ended December 31, 2007 are expected to be $320.3 million, compared with $279.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2006.

ECTA urges European policy-makers to approve powers for functional separation as competitive impetus wanes
Brussels, 18 February 2008 – The pro-competition body ECTA, today called for stronger powers for regulators to implement competition rules, as it publishes the results of its twice-yearly survey on broadband take-up and competitiveness in Europe. The survey shows that while one in five people (20%) in Europe now subscribe to a broadbandreduced across Europe, with the retail market share of incumbents persisting at close to 50% and connection, competitive impetus has reduced across Europe, with the retail market share of incumbents persisting at close to 50% and slow growth of 10% in broadband connections.
