The Cuatrecasas Partners Meeting named 19 new partners at the meeting in Madrid last Friday, March 7. The new partners are Pedro Amat, Antonio Bartolomé, Juan Bonilla, Héctor Bros, Jorge de Juan Casadevall, Pedro Claros, Pablo Cubel, José María Echeverría-Torres, Pedro A. Fernandez, Alberto Fortún, Juan Carlos Hernanz, José María Macias, Manuel Mingot, Antonio Rocha, Jesús Antonio Pérez de Gregorio, Paulo Sá e Cunha, Ignacio Sanjurjo, Teresa Simoes and Meritxell Yus.
New Ethics Board and self-regulation
The Partners Meeting also approved the creation of a new Ethics and Deontology Code and named partner Manuel Olivencia as Chairman of the Ethics Board. The Ethics Board is also formed by Javier Herreros, Alberto Raventós, Federico Pereira Coutinho and Carlos Gallego.
The Ethics Code is a self-regulation move that the company has taken voluntarily. It is a set of ethic and deontology rules that goes beyond the limits set by Spain’s legislation and professional bylaws. The code includes the rights and duties of partners and of all Cuatrecasas’ professionals.
