Harald Kapper

Harald Kapper founded kapper.net group in 1993 and has been CEO of the company ever since. As of 2018 he is Vice-Chairman for the trade association for telecom and broadcasting of WKO (Austrian Federal Economic Chamber) and chairman of the trade representatives for telecom and broadcasting of WKW (Viennese Economic Chamber).

From 2008 on Kapper was board member of ISPA (Internet Service Providers Austria) and in 2016 he was elected president of ISPA, which he is still today. As of 2010 he is a representative for the WKW trade group “UBIT” (corporate consulting and information technology).

Furthermore, since 2005 Kapper is a member of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers). Earlier in his career (1996-2003) he was a member of the “Vienna Backbone Service” provider cooperation, where they developed the first broadband internet connectivity solution in Austria.
