Important Notes
- We require a VAT/TVA number for ALL customers
- Where a company is exempt from Belgian VAT, we will require VAT Exemption Certificate 15.10
- Early-Bird Registration Fees must be paid in full by 1 November 2019 otherwise the higher Standard Registration Fee will apply
- An invoice will be raised upon receipt of registration details
- No telephone registrations will be accepted.
- Payment by wire transfer or online by credit card (wire transfer is our preferred method of payment).
- We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time
