Laurent has 10 years experience in regulatory affairs. He spent 6 years at Arcep dealing with mobile market regulation: frequency allocation,  termination rates, network sharing, roaming. He then joined Bouygues Telecom where he had in charge regulation of fixed network, before taking over responsibility for mobile and fixed regulatory affairs more than a year ago.

Laurent owns an engineering degree and an MBA.
