Emmanuel Micol is currently Chief Marketing Officer and VP Customer Experience at Bouygues Telecom Entreprises, the B2B division of Bouygues Telecom. Bouygues Telecom Entreprises caters to more than 50.000 SMEs and Corporate Accounts in France.
Emmanuel joined Bouygues Telecom in 1998. He has developed and overseen the carrier services division. His experience has included the negotiation and management of all FTTH partnerships with other private or public network operators in order to cover more than 12 million households by the end of 2019. He was also the head of regulation. Among other subjects, he has actively contributed to the definition of the French regulatory framework pertaining to fiber local loop access.
