Chiara is Head of EU Regulatory Affairs at WIND Hellas, the 1st network in Greece that offered integrated Mobile, Fixed Telephony & Broadband. She is a seasoned telecoms professional with over 20 years of experience in advocacy and regulatory strategy. Her career started in Brussels at the European Commission, and then on with an EU consultancy and AmCham Brussels, In the private sector since 1997, Chiara served for Olivetti telecoms activities, then for Telecom Italia institutional affairs directorate. Chiara joined WIND Hellas in 2000 and has since then been the company spokesperson on EU and international regulatory & competition issues. She regularly runs internal awareness and compliance programmes/trainings and is a speaker at external events. Chiara studied Economics, Public Administration and Political Sciences in Paris/Sorbonne and is fluent in English, French, German, Italian and Greek.
