Tony Lavender is CEO of Plum Consulting. He has has worked on communications policy, telecoms regulation and radio spectrum issues for governments, vendors, operators and regulators. Tony was a specialist advisor to the UK Parliament Culture Media and Sport Committee inquiry into establishing world class connectivity throughout the UK and was a member of the UK Government’s Expert Panel, on incorporating social value into spectrum allocation decisions . He is a member of the steering board of the UK Spectrum Policy Forum. Tony has also advised on regulatory implications of next generation networks and provision of network infrastrcuture.
