Andrej Špik is a Senior General Affairs Director in A1 Slovenia and VIP Mobile Serbia. He covers regulatory, legal, carrier and governmental relations in an alternative converged telco operator in Slovenia and in a mobile operator in Serbia.

Andrej holds a MA degree in Economics for Competition Law from King’s College London, a MA degree in International Politics from CERIS Brussels and Faculté Jean Monnet, Paris and a MA degree in Business Administration (MBA) from United Business Institutes, Brussels.

Andrej has 28 years of experience in ICT industry. For the last 18 years he has been actively following the »telco« regulation and advising different stakeholders in the »telco« arena on regulatory and competition issues. Prior to holding different regulatory, wholesale and advisory functions in A1 Slovenia (where he has been since 2003), he worked for Slovenian Business and Research Association in Brussels, for Slovenian Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Ljubljana, as well as for a telecommunication equipment producer Iskra.
