How do I register?

I am a member of ECTA, do I receive discount for my conference registration?
Yes, but to qualify for ECTA Member delegate rates, ECTA Membership fees MUST be paid up in full (prior to payment of the registration invoice). Please note that Members may be entitled to one or more free conference passes as part of membership benefits and we will be in touch with key Member Contacts to advise about this. Can I receive any additional discount?
An "Early Bird" discount is available for delegates attending the conference if registered and paid before c.o.b Friday 20 October 2017. ECTA Members may also be entitled to one or several free delegate passes (please note ECTA Membership Fees needs to be paid and up-to-date). Are there group discounts available?
Group discounts are also for paying delegates available as follows:
For companies sending 3+ paying delegates, there is a 25% reduction in the registration fee when registering for the same registration type and as long as it paid for at the same time.
How much does the conference cost?
There are range of different prices available depending on whether you are an ECTA Member, National Regulatory or Competition Authority, Government/Ministry representative etc. A full list of prices may be found by clicking here

Are lunch and refreshments included?
Yes, refreshments and lunch are included in your delegate pass as well as participation in the Cocktail Reception on Tuesday 28 November (depending on which type of delegate pass you have purchased). Please look at the conference programme for timings. What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Tatiana Kopilova, Office Manager & Executive Assistant at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.If you are unable to attend the event you may send a substitute at no extra charge. We require full contact details (name, title, company, email address, telephone number) in writing of the replacement delegate in advance of the conference. Cancellations need to be received on or before 10.00am CET 21 November 2017 to receive a full refund and will be subject to a 200 Euro administration fee per registration. No refunds will be issued on or after 10.00am CET on 21 November 2017.
Will my contact details be shared with third parties?
ECTA or its sponsors/media partners may contact you by mail or email about products and services which we believe to be related to you. We may also disclose your details to relevant third parties working in areas related to your area of interest, so that they can contact you directly. If you do not wish ECTA or our sponsors/media partners to contact you please tick the appropriate boxes during the registration process.
PAYMENT
When do I need to pay for my conference registration?
Once you have submitted your completed registration form to us, we require full payment within 5 days from the invoice date. Full payment must be received prior to the Conference if this is sooner. The registration system will give you the choice of paying immediately by credit card or by wire transfer. Early bird registrations must be paid by the end of 20 October 2017 to secure that rate otherwise the Standard Rate will apply.
How can I pay for the conference?
Our preferred method of payment is by wire transfer once you have received our invoice. Please arrange payment within five day or as soon as possible. Early bird payments need to be paid by 20 October 2017. Payment is also accepted by credit card. You will need to complete the credit card payment fields on the registration form and provide the full credit card number, card holder's address details, expiry date, CVC number (3 digit security code on back of card).
How can I get a receipt for my credit card payment?
For credit card payments, an invoice will be raised upon receipt of payment which will act as your receipt. We are happy to scana copy of your invoice/receipt for your records until you receive the original in the post which will sent the day it is raised. How do I get to the venue?
The entire event will be taking place at the Management Centre Europe. For more information about the venue including telephone number, address and a map, please see the Conference Venue section on our event website.
How do I find more information about Brussels Airport and flights to Brussels?
There are two airports in Brussels: Brussels Zaventem National Airport (BRU) and Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL).

Do I need a visa to attend the this event?
PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL BELGIAN EMBASSY BEFORE TRAVELLING. Nationals of the European union (excluding UK and Ireland) and Switzerland will need an Identity Card. Nationals of the UK and Ireland, and countries outside the EU, need a valid passport. Belgian law requires everyone to carry some form of official identification at all times. Please note that some countries will also require a visa. Participants that require a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please let us know and we will do our best to assist you with this. Please note however that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have already registered and confirmed their participation at the event.

DURING AND AFTER THE EVENT
What is the Dress Code for this event?
Speakers and delegates are required to wear formal business attire whilst attending the conference.
Will I receive an attendee list?
Yes. You will be given an attendee list when you collect your badge from the registration desk on arrival at the conference.
Can I receive a copy of the presentations?
Yes, presentations will be made available on our website, shortly after the conference (approximately Monday 6 December 2017). To access this feature you must use a Password that we will email to all Members and delegates when the presentations are available. The distribution of presentation materials is subject to the speakers' permission. If you are unable to attend the event and are not a member of ECTA, it is possible to purchase a password to access material on the website after the event.
