David Zimmer, CEO, Inexio
David Zimmer has been an entrepreneur since 1990. He set up various companies in the media, IT and telecommunications industry as well as a management consultancy. Among other things, he was active also in the field of restructuring and start-up consulting in Germany and abroad. In 2006, David Zimmer became the founder and CEO of Teresto Media AG, winner of Deloitte Technology Fast50 award.
In 2012, Ernst & Young named Mr. Zimmer Entrepreneur of the Year as founder of Inexio and in 2016 the Saarland Prime Minister awarded him the title of Technology Council in recognition of his efforts to advance the state's technological development.
In addition to his entrepreneurial activities, he is a volunteer in various committees. He is also Vice President of the Saarland Chamber of Industry and Commerce and Vice President of the VATM. He is also a member of various supervisory boards and advisory boards and of the German Network Alliance.
David Zimmer is responsible for strategic business development, finance and carrier sales.
