Cem Mehmet Çelebiler is the Managing Director, Turknet Iletiçim Hizmetleri A.S. Turknet is an alternative telecommunications operator offering broadband internet access, telephony, cloud and data services to residential, SME, enterprise and wholesale customers throughout Turkey. Turknet has its own fiber network and operates a carrier neutral colocation facility in Istanbul.
Mr. Çelebiler is also the founder and was managing director of Netone Telekom. He managed to successfully grow the firm into one of the leading alternative operators in Turkey.
Mr. Çelebiler studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, United States.
