Payment Terms
Early-Bird Registration Fees must be paid in full by 21 October 2011 otherwise the higher Standard Registration Fee will apply. For credit card payments, an invoice will be raised upon receipt of registration form. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.
