Registration
Registration starts at 09.00am on Monday 28th November 2011. The registration desk, where you can collect your badge and conference literature, is located at the top of the stairs on the first floor the Brussels Marriott Hotel.
NOTE: PRE-REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL AS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DO SO AT THE EVENT.
Documentation
Delegates will receive a copy of the attendee list and a conference workbook when they collect their registration badge.
Speaker presentations (from those who give authority to publish) will be made available on line and a link with password will be circulated to the delegates post-event.
Languages
All presentations and discussions will be held in English.
Belgian Entry VISAs
Nationals of the European union (excluding UK and Ireland) and Switzerland will need an Identity Card. Nationals of the UK and Ireland, and countries outside the EU, need a valid passport. Belgian law requires everyone to carry some form of official identification at all times. Participants that require a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please let us know and we will do our best to assist you with this. Please note however that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have already registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
Electrical Appliances
The electric voltage in Belgium is the EU standard of 230V/50 Hz.
