• We require a VAT/TVA number for ALL customers
• PRE-REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL AS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DO SO AT THE EVENT
• Please note there are limited spaces available for this conference
• No telephone registrations will be accepted.  To register for this conference you must complete a registration form and return it by fax (+44 118 979 3288) or email to srussell@ectaportal.com . Payment by Mastercard/VISA or wire transfer only (no AMEX).

Payment Terms

Early-Bird Registration Fees must be paid in full by 22 October 2010 otherwise the higher Standard Registration Fee will apply. For credit card payments, an invoice will be raised upon receipt of registration form. Due to limited conference space, we advise early registration to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.  If the event is over-subscribed, we will operate a waiting list system - first come, first served.
