*A few days after the conference, delegates and ECTA Members will be emailed a User Name and Password to access the speaker presentations for this event. The speaker presentations will be available in PDF format and you will need Adobe Reader to view the presentations. We plan to make speaker presentations available (subject to speaker permission) week beginning Monday 6th December 2010. If you miss this email, please contact Sara Russell to request the username and password.
