I am a member of ECTA, do I receive discount for my conference registration?
Yes, but to qualify for the Member delegate rates, ECTA Membership MUST be paid in full prior to the conference (and prior to payment of the registration invoice). Some Members may be entitled to one or several free passes and we will be in touch with Key Member Contacts by the end of September to advise about this. Can I receive additional discount?
An "Early Bird" discount is available for delegates attending the conference if registered and paid before 22 October 2010. Members also receive discount for attending ECTA events conference (please note membership needs to be current - see above). Members may also be entitled to one or several free passes. How do I register?

Are lunch and refreshments included as part of the delegate package?
Yes, refreshments and lunch are included in your delegate pass as well as participation to the Cocktail Receptions on 29 November 2010 and 30 November 2010. Please look at the conference programme for timings. If you have any special dietary requirements, please email Sara Russell
How do I get to the venue?
The entire event will be taking place at the Crowne_Plaza_Brussels_Europa Hotel. For more information about the venue including telephone number, address and a map, please see the Venue section on our event website.
How do I find more information about Brussels Airport and flights to Brussels?
There are two airports in Brussels: Brussels Zaventem National Airport (BRU) and Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL).

What about accommodation?
The cost of accommodation is not included in the conferencefee. The conference hotel has a limited amount of rooms available at EUR 179 ex TVA per night NB these rooms will be released 4 weeks before the event. A list of alternative local accommodation is available in the Venue section on our event website.
What is the Dress Code for this event?
Speakers and delegates are required to wear formal business attire whilst attending the conference.

When do I need to pay for my conference registration?
Once you have submitted your completed registration form to us, we require full payment within 5 days from the invoice date. Full payment must be received prior to the Conference if this is sooner. Early-bird registrations must be paid by the end of 22 October 2010 to secure that rate otherwise the Standard Rate will apply.
How can I pay for the conference?
The easiest way to pay is via credit card. You will need to complete the credit card payment fields on the registration form and provide the full credit card number, card holder's address details, expiry date, CVC number (3 digit security code on back of card). We can only accept Mastercard & VISA credit cards (unfortunately, we cannot accept AMEX). Bank Transfer is also available upon receipt of invoice. You will need to check this box on the registration form.
How can I get a receipt for my credit card payment?
For credit card payments, an invoice will be raised upon receipt of payment which will act as your receipt. We are happy to fax a copy of the invoice/receipt for your records until you receive the original in the post which will sent the day it is raised. Contact Sara Russell with any queries.
Can I receive a copy of the presentations?
Yes, presentations will be available on our website, shortly after the conference (approximately Monday 6th December 2010). To access this feature you must use a Password that we will email to you when the presentations are available. The distribution of presentation materials is subject to the speakers' permission. If you are unable to attend the event and are not a member of ECTA, it is possible to purchase a password to access material on the website after the event. Do I need a visa to attend this event?
PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL BELGIAN EMBASSY BEFORE TRAVELLING. Nationals of the European union (excluding UK and Ireland) and Switzerland will need an Identity Card. Nationals of the UK and Ireland, and countries outside the EU, need a valid passport. Belgian law requires everyone to carry some form of official identification at all times. Participants that require a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please let us know and we will do our best to assist you with this. Please note however that we will only be able to supply invitation letters to delegates who have already registered and confirmed their participation at the event.
PLEASE LEAVE ENOUGH TIME TO REQUEST AN INVITATION LETTER FROM ECTA. DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF REQUESTS, WE ARE UNABLE TO COURIER LETTERS TO YOU, THEY WILL BE SENT THROUGH THE POST OR SCANNED.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Sara Russell. if you are unable to attend the event you may send a substitute at no extra charge. We require full contact details (name, title, company, email address, telephone number) in writing of the replacement delegate in advance of the conference. Cancellations need to be received on or before 19th November 2010 to receive a full refund and will be subject to a 200 Euro administration fee per registration. No refunds will be issued on or after 20th November 2010.
Will my contact details be shared with third parties?
ECTA or its sponsors/media partners may contact you by mail, phone or email about products and services which we believe to be related to you. We may also disclose your details to relevant third parties working in areas related to your area of interest, so that they can contact you directly. If you do not wish ECTA or our sponsors/media partners to contact you please tick the appropriate boxes on your registration form.

Yes. You will be given an attendee list when you collect your badge from the registration desk on arrival at the conference.
