IMPORTANT - You must include credit card and expiry date information to guarantee your registration. We cannot process your request without this information. No telephone requests will be accepted - only fax or mail. Payment by credit card or wire transfer only. Payment Terms. PLEASE NOTE: Early-Bird Registration Fees must be paid in full by 30 September 2006 otherwise the higher Standard Registration Fee will apply. For credit card payments, an invoice will be raised upon receipt of payment. Due to limited conference space, we advise early registration to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.
