IMPORTANT - No telephone registrations will be accepted.  To register for this conference you must complete a registration form and return it by fax or email. Payment by Mastercard/Visa or wire transfer only.

PAYMENT TERMS: Early-Bird Registration Fees must be paid in full by 7th May 2010 otherwise the higher Standard Registration Fee will apply. For credit card payments, an invoice will be raised upon receipt of payment. Due to limited conference space, we advise early registration to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.  If the event is over-subscribed, we will operate a waiting list system - first come, first served.
