PAYMENT TERMS: Early-Bird Registration Fees must be paid in full by 31st May 2009 otherwise the higher Standard Registration Fee will apply. For credit card payments, an invoice will be raised upon receipt of payment. Due to limited conference space, we advise early registration to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received on time.  If the event is over-subscribed, we will operate a waiting list system - first come, first served.
