Registration

Registration starts at 08:30am on Wednesday 29th June 2011. The registration desk where you can collect your badge and conference literature is located immediately outside the meeting room itself - The Brussels Ballroom I & II which may be found to the right beyond the concierge desk on the ground floor of the Renaissance Brussels Hotel.

NOTE: PRE-REGISTRATION IS ESSENTIAL AS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO DO SO AT THE EVENT.

Documentation

Delegates will receive a copy of the attendee list when they collect their registration badge.  The speaker presentations (from those who give authority to publish) will be circulated to delegates post-event.
 
Languages

All presentations and discussions will be held in English.
 
Belgian Entry VISAs

Nationals of the European union (excluding UK and Ireland) and Switzerland will need an Identity Card. Nationals of the UK and Ireland, and countries outside the EU, need a valid passport. Belgian law requires everyone to carry some form of official identification at all times.  Participants that require a visa in order to enter Belgium are reminded that they must obtain the visa before travelling. Should you require an invitation letter to support your visa application then please let us know and we will do our best to assist you with this.

The electric voltage in Belgium is the EU standard of 230V/50 Hz.
