Broadband Scorecard - Overview
The ECTA Broadband Scorecard was first launched in 2001 and was recognised as an industry benchmark with it being used regularly by the European Commission, National Regulators and major institutions such as the OECD.
ECTA collated and published data on a bi-annual basis tracking progress on Broadband Penetration and Local Loop Unbunding in the 25 Member States across Europe.
Cocom now publishes biannual data and so ECTA will no longer be producing its own Broadband Scorecard.
For reference, ECTA's Broadband scorecards are listed here inchronological order from 2004-2009.
