ECTA welcomes Norman Broadbent as new member
Norman Broadbent, the leading Executive Search, HR Consultancy and Leadership Consultancy firm has become a member of ECTA, the European Competitive Telecommunications Association. Joining as an ‘Associate’ member, Norman Broadbent wishes to demonstrate its commitment to and expertise in the communications sector and aims to help ECTA members better understand and address the challenges of executive talent acquisition, management and development.
Norman Broadbent will pursue three main activities, working closely with ECTA, namely:
(a) Share with ECTA Members their thought leadership and HR data around a broad range of executive talent issues
(b) Establish a new ECTA HR Forum to include senior HR & Talent leaders of ECTA Members with the aim of holding regular events to discuss key people issues
(c) Organise roundtable meetings targeted at senior executives from the TMT sector, the first to be held in October 2010.

The European Competitive Telecommunications Association (ECTA) looks after the regulatory and commercial interests of new entrant telecoms operators, ISPs and suppliers of products and services to the communications industry.
