Jazztel is one of the fastest growing fix broadband operators in Spain. Jazztel operates a modern fibre optic full IP network (NGN) to which more than 533 Central Offices  local loop unbundling exhanges are connected. Through this network Jazztel offers fix broadband to the residential market based on DSL Technology (ADSL2+ and VDSL2).

Jazztel strategy is about offering a quality service at a very competitive price. In that sense, Jazztel’s network capacity and flexibility enables the Company to offer a top performance product (20 Mpbs ADSL) with the most innovative features, some of them unique to Jazztel’s residential customers, like the Self Service Panel that allows users to configure on line and at will certain parameters of the Network, or Annex M that allows to double uploading speed up to 2.5 Mbps. On the other hand, Jazztel has its own in-house call centre to guarantee the excellence in customer care, everything to ensure the best customer experience possible.

Apart from fix broadband to residential users Jazztel has other products for residential users like  fixed voice lines or mobile phone services as a MVNO.

Jazztel also has a Corporate business unit that offers tailor made telecommunication solutions to enterprises and a Wholesale unit with an array of services like International Transit and Termination, Resale of capacity to retailers and ISPs and prepaid telephone cards.

JAZZTEL has more than 2,000 employees and is quoted in the Madrid stock exchange (JAZ.MC).
